| American Pleasure Club’s Oranges b/w Daniels is a dreamy new reimagining for the band formerly called Teen Suicide. A testament to their growth, this EP is a refined rendition of the typical bedroom dream-pop band. “Daniels” opens with a splash of warm instrumentals to mellow out into a blissful, summery song. While “Oranges” is a sweeter, softer song about aching for love - echoing themes from their previous work as Teen Suicide. Oranges b/w Daniels is a neatly-composed yet genre-defying duo that makes American Pleasure Club stand out amidst other lo-fi bands. |
